Jibu & Thomas Architects was instituted in 1996 as a partnership firm. From the start, we have focused our practice on customized planning and designing for varied categories of projects ranging from group housing, mini townships, commercial retail malls, hospitality projects and independent bungalows. We believe in designing facilities that are more than just functional spaces and strive to create designs which translate into meaningful structures, offering functional and aesthetic utility. Jibu & Thomas is a ‘hands-on services’ based firm.

Our Principals play leadership roles in every project, holding extensive personal interactions with the client and project staff, ensuring a better design outcome. The firm consists of 40 professional staff including 2 principal architects, Jibu John and Thomas K George, 9 Architects, and technical and administrative support staff. We work with a group of experts in different fields of engineering like structural, electrical, fire & building management, landscaping and green building consultants in order to provide complete project output to our clients.

A specialized wing of Interior Design at Jibu And Thomas Architects caters to the multifaceted demands of our clients which include site inspections, conceptual development, space planning, material specifications, item wise quantification, estimation, budgeting, identification of contractors, issue of tenders, timely delivery of working drawings and 3-D rendered views. We have a group of professionals appointed exclusively for designing of interior spaces. Our designing methodology mostly focuses on connecting the exterior and the interior into a whole, thereby creating a seamless continuity of design ‘inside- out’. All styles and concepts of interior planning and designing are tailor made to individual needs and preferences of our customers. Various kinds of materials and decors are greatly explored and adopted as per the requirements and interests of individual clients. Interior landscaping is also extensively incorporated so as to make the interiors more natural and energized. These interior designs are further extracted and illustrated out as 3-D views which are also worked out ‘in- house’ under the interior design wing.

Jibu and Thomas Projects Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 1st May 2013 and registered as a private ltd company with Ar. Jibu John and Ar. Thomas K. George as Directors. It undertakes Project Management on turnkey basis for all types of residential/commercial building projects in respect of clients who are not in a position to organize execution of the work either due to their absence from the country or pre-occupation. In such cases it undertakes full time site supervision and total management of the site on a turnkey basis. Our objective is to achieve the following.

-  Completion of the project within the specified budget

-  Ensure the agreed quality of work as per specifications
