Ginger County

The key concept of this Villa project is “From the site”. The site is a hilly terrain having different levels and the design was developed in resonance with the natural contour of the site. The colour employed in the façade is all in adherence to the natural colour observed in the rocky laterite. The central risen land in the site is used as a buffer zone which acts as the main focus of the site. It houses the entrance, club house, swimming pool and is the recreation zone. Each villa has a simple, minimalistic cubic form derived from the stepped topography of the site. The brown jalli work in the façade provides a picture frame identity for each Villa. Lush typical landscaping is devised in this villa project. This is mainly employed in defining the boundaries of each villa along with a low wall. The surface drain, soil and sewage waste collection is directed to the lower pocket of land where a centralized STP is located. The fresh water supply to each villa is from a centralized sump tank with a pneumatic pump.
